What is mCent?
mCent is a fast and easy way to get free airtime on your prepaid mobile phone. Simply sign-up for free using your mobile number to take surveys, refer friends, enter contests, watch videos, promote brands on social media, and participate in other offers that give you the opportunity to earn or win free airtime.↑Top
How do I join mCent?
Becoming an mCent member is free and easy. All you have to do is to enter your mobile number at mCent.com. We will then send you an SMS. Follow the instructions in the SMS to confirm your number and start earning airtime.↑Top
Is mCent.com the same as txteagle.com?
Yes! Txteagle is now called mCent. Your txteagle account information and airtime balance is the same as on mCent.↑Top
How do I earn free airtime?
To be eligible to earn free airtime, you must be a member of mCent. If you are not yet a member, you can sign-up using your mobile number.
Once you become a member you can participate in any of the offers available to you. Offers can include answering surveys, referring friends, participating in contests, watching videos, promoting brands on social media, and much more.
All offers are limited in availability and change frequently, so check often. Like us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter for announcements and exclusive offers. Make sure your email address and mobile number are confirmed and subscribed on your account so we can contact you when new opportunities are available.
Any airtime that you earn or win will be available to you on your Get Airtime page.↑Top
How do I redeem my airtime?
Go to your Get Airtime page. When you have enough airtime to top-up, you can click the top-up button.
If you do not have enough to top-up, participate in and complete offers available to you.↑Top
Why can't I redeem my airtime?
Make sure that you have a prepaid mobile number confirmed on your account.
Make sure your mobile operator is supported on your Get Airtime page. We are always working to add new mobile operators, so we hope to have yours available soon. However, if you want your airtime immediately please add another mobile phone number to your account.↑Top
Why didn't I get airtime on my phone?
Transactions usually happen within a few minutes, however it can take up to 24 hours depending on network congestion. If the transaction does not go though in this time period, your airtime will be returned to your account and you can try again.↑Top
Does mCent support post-paid mobile phones?
Yes, at this time mCent supports post-paid mobile phones in India only.↑Top
Can I transfer credit to another account?
We cannot transfer any credit, money, or airtime from one account to another at this time.↑Top
How do I delete my account or remove my mobile number?
We cannot delete accounts or remove phone numbers from accounts at this time.

How do I unsubscribe my mobile number and/or email address?
If you don't want to receive notifications of offers, please disable notifications on your account settings page. Be aware that you may not receive as many offers if you do not have a confirmed, subscribed email address and mobile number. We promise to only email you twice a week at most!↑Top
Why have I not received the confirmation SMS on my mobile?
It can take up to 24 hours to send your confirmation code to your mobile phone because of slow networks. If you do not get the SMS within 24 hours, try to register again. If you still do not get the SMS, please contact us here.
Each phone number can be linked to only one account. Please make sure that you have not already confirmed this number on another account.↑Top

When will I receive new offers and surveys?
We only have a limited number of airtime offers and surveys available at one time, but they change frequently. When we match you with an offer we will post it on your My Offers page. Make sure to check back for new offers.
Make sure your email address and mobile number are confirmed and subscribed on your account so we can contact you when new opportunities are available.

What if I forget my password?
If you do not remember your password, you can reset it. Enter the mobile number or email address on your account and we will email or SMS you instructions on changing the password. (Do not forget your country code when entering your phone number.)↑Top

Does mCent cost me anything?
It is free to be a member and use our services. The airtime we give away is also free. However, mCent is a website so data and messaging charges may occur depending on your arrangement with your mobile operator. Please contact your operator for more information on data and messaging costs.↑Top
Why do you need my mobile phone number?
We need your mobile number so we can verify that you have a mobile phone, so we can determine your mobile operator, and send airtime to you. mCent will never call you or share your information with any third parties. You may receive occasional SMS messages to inform you about available offers. However, you can always unsubscribe your mobile phone number from this service.↑Top
